Writing a simple business plan ASAP is essential. It doesn’t have to be too detailed – in business, you’ll find that things don’t always turn out the way you expect, so you need to be adaptive. It should be a work in progress.

At first, just consider the broader things, then as time goes by, you can add more and more points to it. As you do, it will gradually get more and more detailed, until eventually you will have a comprehensive company strategy planned out.
