We always keep to our Word

1. We promise to provide any / all of the services you purchase through us with the utmost care, respect and maximum effort, to ensure that you are 100% satisfied. If you ever have any complaints, or feel that we haven’t done a good enough job for you, let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If this is not possible, then we will happily provide you with a full refund for any unsatisfactory services rendered.

2. We will donate 50% of all profits made from sales of our Guidebook and any rendered services listed on this website to a nominated charity of your choice. We feel that the future of the developing world depends on their education and access to greater opportunities. If more people in those countries can become educated, they will have more opportunities in future and will be better equipped with the skills required to build up the infrastructure, etc. in their country. There are also many people in developing countries who have sufficient education, desire and the will to start business in their own country but lack the funds to do so. For these reasons, we will always request that you choose from our list of Charities. They are involved in causes that allow the people access to a better standard of education and give locals the funding they need to start entrepreneurial activities in their own developing countries. If you wish, you can nominate a different charity – just let us know and we’ll organise everything.
